This year, in recognition of Lionel Glassey's twentieth season with, and elevation to the Hon. Life Presidency of, Glasgow University Staff Cricket club; a match was arranged between the Staff XI and Hon. Life Presidents XI.

The game was played at Garscadden on Saturday, August 12th. Starting at 2pm.
